NoFee is a New Morrow Solutions LLC company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This policy covers nofee.cash and the information you give us when you call or text, request a savings review or apply for a merchant account. "We" and "us" mean New Morrow Solutions LLC.
We collect only the business information necessary to provide merchant‑services support and do not sell personal information. We do not collect or store consumer cardholder or PCI‑sensitive data.
What we collect
- Savings review requests: your name, business name, phone number, email address, monthly card sales range, any message you write, and up to three processing statements you upload.
- Merchant applications: the details the application form asks for. The application runs on Microsoft Forms, and Microsoft processes what you enter under its own privacy terms.
- Calls, texts and WhatsApp messages to (719) 357-6109, including any statement photos you send.
- Technical data: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address, browser type and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
Please do not send us full card numbers, yours or your customers', through any form or message.
How we use it
- To prepare your savings review and reply to you.
- To set up, support and service your merchant account.
- To answer your questions and keep a record of what we discussed.
We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't sell it.
Who we share it with
Limited information may be shared with processors solely for underwriting and account‑support purposes. That means the processor and sponsor bank that will hold your account, and only what they need to review and support it.
We also use service providers to run the business: Cloudflare hosts this site and delivers savings review emails, and Microsoft provides our forms and email. They handle your information on our behalf. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
How this website handles your data
Savings review requests are not stored on this website. When you send one, the request and your statements are emailed directly to our office.
The site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. Cloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie to filter automated traffic. The application form loads from Microsoft only when you open it, and Microsoft may set its own cookies at that point.
The site is served over HTTPS, and uploads are limited to PDF and image files. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
How long we keep it
We keep application and account records while your merchant account is open, and afterwards for as long as our processor agreements and the law require. If you asked for a savings review and didn't become a client, you can ask us to delete your request and statements at any time.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, laws such as the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) may give you the right to:
- Know what personal information we hold about you and get a copy of it.
- Correct information that is wrong.
- Have your information deleted.
- Opt out of the sale of your information or its use for targeted advertising. We do neither.
To make a request, call or text (719) 357-6109. We will confirm your identity before acting on it and respond within 45 days. Using these rights will not change how we treat you.
If you open a merchant account, the information your processor collects is also covered by the processor's own privacy notice and, where it applies, by the federal Gramm‑Leach‑Bliley Act (GLBA).
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes to this policy
When we change this policy, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
