These terms cover your use of nofee.cash and the services of NoFee, a New Morrow Solutions LLC company. Use of this site and our services constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
Who we are
Independent Sales Office (ISO) providing merchant‑services consultation and onboarding support. New Morrow Solutions LLC is not owned by, not controlled by, and not a subsidiary of Fiserv, CardConnect, PaybotX, Payarc, Paybotic, or any related entity.
New Morrow Solutions LLC is a certified independent sales office of CardConnect, LLC, and a certified reseller of the Clover® solution. This web page or web site is not an official page of Clover Network Inc., Fiserv, LLC., its subsidiaries or affiliated businesses.
Your merchant account is with the processor
Your merchant account, its pricing, funding and any terminal program are governed by the agreement you sign with the processor and its sponsor bank. Approval is the processor's decision, and we can't guarantee it. American Express may require separate approval. Where these terms and your processing agreement differ, the processing agreement governs your account.
Savings estimates
The savings calculator and our savings reviews are estimates based on the figures you give us. What you actually save depends on your sales, the cards your customers use, your pricing program and your processor. An estimate is not an offer or a guarantee.
Cash discount and dual pricing programs
We set up cash discount and dual pricing programs and explain how they work. We provide education and onboarding support, not legal advice, and we don't guarantee that your program complies with state law or card brand rules. Posting the required prices and signs at your business is your responsibility. Confirm the requirements with your processor or an attorney.
Information on this site
Articles and FAQ answers are general information about payment processing, not legal, tax or financial advice. Rates, fees, products and processor terms change, and we may update this site at any time without notice.
Using this site
Don't use the site or its forms to send anything unlawful or anything you don't have the right to share, and don't try to disrupt or overload them. Don't send full card numbers through any form.

This site links to processors, equipment makers and Microsoft Forms. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren't responsible for their content.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts serving El Paso County, Colorado.
